it was an incredible tour, oak grove inn is an ideal base to camp in the views from the rooms of oak grove are in itself are photogenic. Food was awesome, thanks to Mrs Rawat. Planning to visit again.

I totally second Anuradha’s thoughts on Col Rawat & his Wife’s resort abode. Upon arriving, one is immediately hit with their warmth & hospitality. The proximity to Lansdowne is a huge plus as well as the food which is prepared with Mrs Rawats personal supervision…

A must visit..

Excellent people, excellent place, excellent views, excellent food, excellent staff, excellent local tips from Colonel Saab & an excellent mutt called “Archie” …..what more do you guys want just barge into Oak Grove Inn, Jaiharikhal, Lansdowne ….. Voila!!!!

Beautiful hill station with pine trees all around.The owners, Colonel Rawat and his wife, live in a house adjacent to the hotel. The personal care, worm hospitality and attention of Col. Rawat and his family makes you feel like their personal guest.Even his two dogs “Archi” and “FiFi” a beautiful brown and white colour cocker spaniel puppy join everyone to entertain all evening.It is a perfect hill station holiday destination.

Great place , Great view ,Great food ,Great Hospitality by the Great people Mr. and Mrs Rawat and adorable Archie and Fife the cute dogs !
